Sometimes you just want to crank your amp and play some loud, raw blues. That’s exactly what we did at our last jam. The theme was “Riffin’ Blues,” featuring songs from two different generations: “When My Train Pulls In” by Gary Clark, Jr. from 2012 and “Sunshine of Your Love” by Cream from 1967. I guided the jammers through the songs so that they could play both songs completely by the end of the jam session.

I plan on hosting jams several more times this year, so stay tuned.
