Many of my friends and family have been urging me to watch The Big Bang Theory. They figured it would appeal to the science-nerd side of my personality. I was reluctant, however, because I don’t watch much TV and I didn’t want to start something I couldn’t finish.
Ultimately, the cacophony of recommendations compelled me to give The Big Bang Theory a try. I started recording shows on my DVR and a few days later I pressed play on my remote to watch my first episode.
Within seconds, I realized that my reluctance was foolish. This show will be awesome! How could I be certain? Because the Barenaked Ladies wrote and performed the theme song, that’s how!

As it turns out, the show is really funny. Although I’ve seen a bunch of episodes now, my favorite moment in each episode is the theme song.

Another great Track of the Week. I haven’t seen the show, but now I’m interested enough to watch it! I didn’t know that The Barenaked Ladies were Canadian.
